What we are

pypix is a great UX/DX for the Python Package Index and the packaging workflows around it. We provide a fast, modern interface for exploring projects, releases, files, requirements, classifiers, project links, security signals, and install guidance.

We also aim to provide a great admin UI for PyPI workflows that make sense in the browser, while keeping publishing and environment management in the tools Python developers already use.

What we're not

• —Not a package manager. There are already people building really cool package managers.
• —Not a registry. We don't host packages. We're just a fast, modern way to browse them.
